This article will guide you through how to bulk manage existing classes on your schedule.
1. Navigate to Bookings > Bulk Class Edit.
2. You will have the following filter options:
- Start Time: You can view a list of classes based on the Time From/Time To added here.
- Checkbox: There are check boxes to the left to allow you to individually select specific classes or the top checkbox to change all of the classes listed.
3. Once you have your filtered list, you can bulk adjust the classes with the following actions:
- Additional Class Name: This allows you to edit the additional class name field that your staff can see in all scheduling views and your clients can see this looking at the schedule in their wellness portal. This does not appear in the web based class schedule or mobile application.
- Time: This allows you to change the start time for the selected classes.
- Instructor: This allows you to change the instructor for the selected classes.
- Class Type: This allows you to change the class type for the selected classes.
- Location Type: This allows you to change the selected classes to be set as Physical or Virtual.
- Cancel: This allows you to cancel the selected classes.
Pro Tip: Unless you are editing ALL class types (see 'Select all' checkbox), expand your view to include more 'rows per page' to edit all (necessary) classes at once. Otherwise you will only edit the classes (by type) within your view.
