This article will guide you through understanding the various aspects of logging off tasks in your Lead Management Dashboard.
Logging Off Tasks Removes Them from Your List:
When you log off a task in your Lead Management Dashboard, it effectively removes that task from your active list. This action signifies that you have completed the task or are no longer actively working on it. The task will be marked as completed.
"Log Off" with Assigned Tasks:
a. "Log off and go to next task":
If you have tasks assigned to you, the "log off" checkbox may include the verbiage, "and go to next task." This option is designed for users who want to seamlessly transition from one task to the next. The checkbox may also display the number of remaining tasks after the current one is marked as complete. This feature enables users to understand the workload ahead.
b. "Log task as complete":
If you do not have any tasks assigned to you, the "log off" checkbox will simply state, "log task as complete." This option is straightforward and is intended for situations where users have completed a task independently.
Multiple Tasks and Logging Off:
If a user has multiple tasks and chooses to "log the task as complete and go to the next task," the system will navigate to their most recently created task. Subsequently, if the user continues to log tasks in this manner, the system will guide them through each task one by one, moving from the most recently added tasks to the oldest ones.
