This article will guide you through the needed settings to ensure your classes are available to be scheduled when using the mobile app.
1. Allow Booking Setup
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Classes/Group. Select the edit pencil next to the class you want available to show on the app.
Scroll down the page to locate the setting Include In Public Published Class Schedules. Select Yes on the toggle. Proceed to select Yes for Allow Booking Directly Into Class?
Click Update Class Settings to save your changes.
2. In-App Purchase Enabled
This setting needs to be enabled both at the Corporate Portal and Club Level.
Enabling a Purchase Through the App at Corporate Level
To enable your package to be sold through the ClubReady Mobile app navigate to Setup > Sales & Metrics > Sales Packages > Select the Package > Installments. For each installment option in the package, you will see the ability to select In-App Purchase Enabled. Select Yes and choose the contract that will be assigned for in-app purchase.
Enabling a Purchase Through the App at Club Level
To enable your package to be sold through the ClubReady Mobile app, from your club site, go to; Setup > Sales > Sales Packages > Select the Package > Installments. For each installment option in your club, you will see the ability to select In-App Purchase Enabled. Select Yes and choose the contract that will be assigned for in-app purchase.
