What is the Brivo Mobile Pass?
Allow members to replace their Keys, Cards, and Fobs with a Phone app. Special hardware isn’t even required so existing Brivo-integrated clients can use Mobile Pass without costly upgrades.
NOTE: ClubReady support must first enable Mobile Pass for your location. If you are an existing Brivo user, Mobile Pass can easily be added to your club. You must obtain additional Mobile Pass credentials from your Brivo dealer/installer and have those credentials added to your Brivo account. ClubReady does not provide, nor can we obtain credentials for you. All Brivo clients have 5 free credentials they may use for testing, staff, etc. If you receive an error when trying to add Mobile Pass to a user, make sure you have available credentials.
Using Brivo Mobile
Once your location has been enabled for Mobile Pass, you will see the Mobile Pass tab when you go to any user > Check-In tab > Door Access Setup.
When you access the Door Access page for a user that has not been set up for Brivo, you will see this pop-up:
If you click Back, you will be returned to the previous screen.
If you click Enable Brivo User, you will then see the Mobile Pass tab:
You will only see the option to send a new mobile pass invite if:
1. You don’t use Groups at your location.
2. You have at least one group, and you already added the user to a group.

If you are able to send an invitation you will then see the button to do so (SEND MOBILE PASS INVITE):
When you send the invite, the system will initiate a request to Brivo, and you will then see:
Note the status is “PENDING”. The member will receive an email from Brivo:
Your member will download the app and use the credentials provided to accept the invite and complete the setup. They will now be able to use the app to open that door. Once they complete the setup process, the user will then appear in CR with a status of “REDEEMED”, and the button will change to a “Cancel” option should you wish to remove that credential and make it available for another member.
Any time you look at the Door Access page for one of your Mobile Pass users, Brivo will be queried to obtain their MP status.
NOTE: The date shown under “Expiration” is only for the expiration of the initial invitation. It does not mean that the credential will expire on that date.
