This article will guide you through recommended steps to understand why you are not able to take signatures when writing a new agreement.
1. User Information
Confirm all the required information has been entered correctly on the site.
This includes typing all 8 characters for the birthday field.
2. User is Opted In
Confirm they originally chose to opt in to receive communications from your studio. If they have not, send them a Communications Preference email for them to subscribe.
3. SMS Credits
If using the SMS pincode as the signature method, confirm there are SMS credits on your site.
To view your current available balance, navigate to Setup > ClubReady Invoices > Add Credit.
4. Agreement Electronic Signature Settings
Verify your site is setup to send sms pin code as a signature method. Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > New Agreements > Agreement Electronic Signature Settings.
5. User Notification Settings
To alert the customer they have received an sms on their phone, we suggest they verify their smartphone settings.
