This article will provide you with the suggested steps to create an Automation Rule that will trigger to change a lead type to Not Interested after A Not Interested Call Is Logged By Staff Talking To Them On The Phone.
1. Access Automation Rules Setup
Navigate to Setup > Automation > Automation Rules > Add New Automation Rule.
2. Recommended Settings
For this rule we want to target Membership Leads.
You will need to name and set where is the automation rule. We recommend the following:
- Rule Name - ‘All Lead Types Moved To Not Interested’ as it describes who the rule is firing on and what the action is going to be.
- Folder Name - Create a folder called Not Interested to house this in
- Purpose - Membership Sales
Next, you will want to define what membership lead types this rule will act on, how the rule will trigger and the action. These can be found in the screenshot below:
After the rule is created you will need to toggle it to ON so that it will fire.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Setup: can access setup
- Setup: Can access automation rules setup
