This article will guide you through changing the sales person in a product/retail invoice to correct any commission issues in reporting.
1. Locate Product Invoice
Search and select the desired customer > click the BILLING icon.
2. Edit Sales Person
From the Invoices tab, locate the invoice that you wish to edit. Click on the blue invoice detail number.
From the invoice detail screen, adjust the Primary Sales Person and/or Secondary Sales Person by clicking on the edit pencil next to the staff name. Click Update to save your changes.
