This article will walk you through the steps of building and managing a sales package at the corporate level.
1. Adding New Folders
Navigate to Setup > Sales & Metrics > Sales Packages.
To create a new group, click the Add A New Folder Group option.
This will create a new empty folder group. Click the edit pencil to name the group.
Now you are able to add package folders by clicking Add A New Package Folder To This Group. This will create a new empty package folder.
Click the edit pencil to name the folder. To add a new sales package within this folder, click on Add A Sales Package option.
2. Creating a Sales Package
Navigate to Setup > Sales & Metrics > Sales Packages.
Find the Folder Group and locate the Folder you want to add your new sales package. Select Add A Sales Package.
Clicking the link will advance you to the Add A New Sales Package screen.
Enter the name of your new sales package and choose if it will be set as a Membership Package, Membership Add On or Services Package (eg PT). You can also choose to Clone An Existing Package. Click the button Add The New Sales Package to save your changes.
3. Adding Access to Sales Package Folder
Click the visibility icon to select the locations that will have access to this folder when writing up a new agreement.
The list will display Divisions, Districts and Clubs granted by the user's regional access. Use the toggle to manage which ones will have access. Click Save to update your changes.
4. Rearranging Sales Packages
You can drag and drop packages between groups and folders. You can also drag and drop the folders to set their display order. Packages can be dragged from the right side of the package. After any changes, click the Save Changes button that will appear.
5. Editing Folder Details
Click the edit pencil in the folder title bar and several options will appear. Change the Folder Name, internal description (optional), Choose the folder color and display this folder and its packages when writing up a new agreements. You can also delete empty folders from here.
NOTE: Creating a folder for old/inactive packages is a good idea. Make the folder not visible to the agreement process and drop your old packages there.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - General: Can access corporate setup
- Corporate - General: Can assign districts for corporate users
