This article will walk you through the steps on how to delete an existing custom form (waiver) from the system.
1. Locate Custom Form Setup
Navigate to Setup > General > Custom Forms.
Search through your Existing Custom Form the one you wish to remove. Select the red X to delete.
2. Error while Deleting
If an error pops up such as "Delete Failed: Unable to delete. Form has been used & has related responses", it occurs when trying to delete a custom form that has been previously completed by a client. Even if it is not currently a part of a presentation, it cannot be deleted because it has been used in the past. Deleting it would cause errors on any profile that had ever completed the form.
