This article will walk you through the steps of logging the status of an individual class booking and multiple class bookings.
Example 1. Logging and clearing the status of an individual booking.
Navigate to Bookings. Select the class you need to manage. When looking at the list of bookings, you will notice three icons to the right of each name.
- Selecting the green check mark will log the booking as Completed.
- Selecting the red icon in the middle will log the booking as a No Show.
- Selecting the red x icon will open a window to cancel the booking.
The number of No Show bookings and Completed bookings will be shown at the top of the list of bookings.
To clear the status of an individual booking, simply click the status icon that has already been selected.
Example 2. Logging and clearing the status of multiple bookings at a time.
Using the same steps as in the previous example to locate and manage the class, you can check the boxes to the left of the bookings (a "Select all" box will be available at the top) to select one or multiple bookings at a time. Once the desired bookings have been selected, you will be presented with the options to clear the status of the selected bookings, log them as Completed, or log them as a No Show. Once multiple bookings have been logged, their statuses can be cleared individually as mentioned in Example 1, or multiple statuses can be cleared at the same time by checking their boxes and selecting the option to Clear Status.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.

- Scheduling - Can log off completed booked class sessions
- Scheduling - Can log off completed booked class consults
- Scheduling - Can log off class bookings with no note
- Classes - Can access classes
