This article will guide you through recommended steps when adjusting the price for an existing sales package.
1. Sales Package Setup
Navigate to Setup > Sales > Sales Packages. Search for the specific package you need to adjust and click on it. This will direct you to the settings for you to proceed and add the new amount.
PLEASE NOTE: The new price amount will only affect new agreements and it is not retroactive.
The pricing will also need to be adjusted under the Installments tab.
Price PER INSTALLMENT - here you will set the amount of each invoice. This will override the standard package price you have created under the package Settings tab.
2. Update Existing Agreement Prices on a Member's Account
We suggest using our Members by Package report to locate a list of users with the package you just adjusted.
You can export into an excel spreadsheet to proceed and navigate to the user's profile.
Search and locate your user > Agreements > Full Details.
Under the Agreement Summary page, proceed to adjust the Evergreen Price to reflect the new amount for them going forward.
