This article will provide a list of potential reasons why a client is showing as having a booking cancelled by "System Admin".
1. Automatic Session Credit Clean Up
3. Chargeback / Bounced Checks
4. Refunds/Partial Refunds - Refunding part of a membership invoice can delete the session credits
5. Member cancelled through the app or microsite.
- If it ONLY says 'System', it is the ClubReady system (check other reasons listed here).
6. Booking was cancelled when a freeze was started.
7. Agreement was cancelled and staff selected to cancel all bookings as one of the options during cancellation.
8. Staff member manually cancelled the class.
