This article will provide a list of suggested reports for general managers new to ClubReady.
This report shows booking activity that occurred during the report date range, including new bookings, cancellations, bookings logged as complete or no shows, or bookings from the past that have not been logged. The GM can filter Unlogged Bookings in the Past and make sure that any unlogged bookings by staff get marked as a Show or No Show.
This report will be helpful for GMs if tracking milestones is important at your studio.
This report allows you to view clients who have not checked in or have unused sessions in a given time period. The GM could check in on these clients for retention purposes.
Follow closely which members are not making their payments on time.
