This article will guide you through the settings to review if users are experiencing issues trying to do cross club bookings.
1. Verify Club's District & Group Settings
Login to Corporate portal and navigate to Setup > Other Corp Setup > Group Settings.
Lookup the district and click the edit pencil next to the district name.
Check the Cross-Club Bookings. Click on Settings to see the classes Corporate has setup.
Review the What Locations Are In This Group? that will show you the locations in that group.
Confirm Who Should Be Allowed To Access This Group? This can be all members or Only Specific Access Types, as in Membership Types and Amenities.
If there is an issue with these we would just tell the clubs they need to reach out to Corporate to correct this.
