This article will guide you through the steps needed to verify the system is assigning tasks to the right staff type.
1. Automation Rule Setup
Navigate to Setup > Automation > Automation Rules. Select the edit pencil next to the rule. Scroll to the bottom to verify how it has been setup to assign tasks.
2. Lead Assignment Setup
Navigate to Setup > Automation > Lead Assignment. Confirm the right staff types have been selected to receive leads.
3. Verify Prospect Account
Search and select the prospect's account. From the Detail view, confirm the correct staff has been selected to be assigned to this prospect. Select the edit pencil if it needs to be adjusted.
