1. What is a Monthly Freeze Fee?
Freeze Fees can be added at the moment of freezing an agreement to charge the customer for placing the hold.
2. Are Monthly Freeze Fees auto renewal?
Freeze fees are not always on evergreen. The evergreen status of the freeze fee happens when a club lifts the agreement freeze after paying the monthly membership evergreen invoice. Because the agreement freeze is still active, the system generates the next month's.
Freeze invoice on the customers account (not the membership invoice). Then, due to the agreements evergreen status, the freeze invoice is evergreened.
3. What happens to the Monthly Freeze Fee when the freeze is cancelled?
When a freeze is manually cancelled before it was scheduled to end, the freeze fees should come to a stop as well. If the membership type invoice was paid before the freeze was manually lifted, those freeze fees become evergreened and the club would need to manually cancel them and then re-add the membership type invoice to get them back on track.
