This article will guide you through the steps on how to create a one-on-one service and set it up as a consult. Consultations create a sense of value to the prospect, even though the main purpose of this scheduled "service" is to sell club services to the client. It also allows you to track consultations effectively through our Sales Process report and Advanced Business Automation Daily Production Report.
1. Adding a New Service
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Services.
New Service Name - Enter your service title for your new service, click Add The New Service.
Click the edit pencil icon to continue editing this service.
2. Service Settings
Service Is A Sales Consult - Select if this is could be used as a sales consult.
Membership Consult - Select the checkbox if the consult is intended for your leads/prospects.
Select Service Purpose - this will factor into the Sales Process Dashboard
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access services setup
