This article will guide you through suggested practices for how to manage users who are part of the same package/membership.
1. Sell the Agreement
First step is to sell your "family plan" to your new member! Navigate to Main > New Agreement to start the process.

2. Associate Family Members
Once the "primary" member has signed the agreement, you will want to immediately associate the family member to this primary account. Once associated, the family member will gain membership status.
On Step 3 of agreement write up, you will notice the option to Add Associated Members.
On the Associated Members page, lookup the family member that you wish to associate on the left side, or select their name from the list on the right (this generates users with the same last name).
NOTE: To associate a user to a responsible member, they will first need to be added as a prospect.
You can also access these settings by navigating to Members > Member Lookup > Select the Member > All Detail > Billing > Associated Members.
3. Session Credit Sharing
Now that you have associated the family members, let's proceed to setting up session credit sharing. This allows for credits purchased by the primary family member to be shared.
From the main account (primary family member) navigate to Bookings > Session Credit Sharing.
From the Session Credit Sharing screen, search and select the family member on the left of the screen or choose Tie on the correct client with the same last name on the right. The client you selected should appear at the bottom of the screen letting you know they will be able to share this clients purchased session credits going forward.
