User Feedback Leads to Updated Features in Scheduling Reimagined
Customer feedback has resulted in several feature requests and has allowed us to investigate the new platform's real-world usage to determine the best solution for any issue that may arise.
One issue that you found was that some users were not able to view class and service bookings. Your quick feedback proved valuable, and we were able to identify and resolve the issue within a day.
